Jason Tickle- Jason is the President and Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity of Caroline County with over 5 years experience in the non-profit housing industry.  Jason graduated from Calvary Chapel Bible College in 2008 with a Theology Degree and holds a Class A contractors license.

Tanya Keys- Tanya has lived in and served neighborhoods in Glen Allen and Fishersville, Virginia as well as New York City prior to moving to Caroline County in 2015. Her 35 year career includes a unique mix of sales management, operations management and training and development. She holds both a Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma and a Black Belt from Villanova University.

 

Susan Ann Miles- Susan is a life time resident of Caroline County, Virginia.  She joined Caroline County Habitat in October 2010 as a Family Support Volunteer.  She served 25 years with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington DC. She is a member of Mount Tabor Baptist Church in Milford, Virginia

 

Don McRobie- Don has been a resident of Caroline County since 2005. He has been in the Mortgage and Financial industries for over 25 years. He loves living in our County and is eager to give back to the community he calls home.

 

John Mahoney- John is the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Caroline County.  He is a retired Marine with twenty years enlisted and commissioned service. He served primarily in the infantry and infantry related assignments. Upon retirement in 1994 he attended George Mason University Law School and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1997

 

Stephanie Beamer- Stephanie has been a Caroline resident since 2005. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She has worked in the Human Services field for over 16 years. She has volunteered on Habitat builds throughout the region, and joined the Board of Directors in April 2017.

 

Frank Leaming- Frank has held the position as Director, Church and Community Relations, since joining the Caroline Habitat for Humanity in 2009.  Prior to serving on the Board of Caroline Habitat for Humanity, Mr. Leaming was employed as a Senior Management Analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon.  He worked in a number of assignments there from 2000-2009 before retiring in July 2009.  Previous experience, from 1976-2000, included strategic planning, organization management, logistics, and contracting.  Frank has written and taught about contracting with the federal government and was Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM).

Frank has been very active in a number of other organizations, including the Office of Social Ministry for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Optimist Club of Caroline County, St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Ladysmith, on the Board of Directors for Shalom House Retreat Center, and with his wife, Nina, have been foster parents for over 30 children.  He holds an undergraduate BS degree in Management-Marketing from St. Joseph’s University (Philadelphia, PA), an MBA from the University of Richmond (VA), and Master of Arts in Theology from St. Leo University (St. Leo, FL).  Mr. Leaming is an ordained deacon in the Catholic Church and serves at St. Mary of the Annunciation in Ladysmith, Va.
