Jason Tickle– Jason is the President and CEO for Habitat for Humanity of Caroline County with over 5 years experience in the non-profit housing industry.  Jason graduated from Calvary Chapel Bible College in 2008 with a Theology Degree and holds a Class A contractors license.

Tanya Keys– Tanya has lived in and served neighborhoods in Glen Allen and Fishersville, Virginia as well as New York City prior to moving to Caroline County in 2015. Her 35 year career includes a unique mix of sales management, operations management and training and development. She holds both a Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma and a Black Belt from Villanova University.

David Upshaw– Dr. David F Upshaw graduated from Caroline High School in 1969 and then attended VPI for a degree in math education. After serving two years in Kenya as a missionary, he attended Southeastern Seminary for his M/Div and D/Min degrees. He has served as pastor of five churches across Virginia and is currently retired. Dr Upshaw has served on the Board for Habitat in Lynchburg as well as other community organizations. He is married to Cary and they have two children and four grandchildren.

Don McRobie– Don has been a resident of Caroline County since 2005. He has been in the Mortgage and Financial industries for over 25 years. He loves living in our County and is eager to give back to the community he calls home.

John Mahoney– John is the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Caroline County.  He is a retired Marine with twenty years enlisted and commissioned service. He served primarily in the infantry and infantry related assignments. Upon retirement in 1994 he attended George Mason University Law School and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1997

Stephanie Ball– Stephanie has been a Caroline resident since 2005. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She has worked in the Human Services field for over 16 years. She has volunteered on Habitat builds throughout the region, and joined the Board of Directors in April 2017.

Donna Holcomb– Donna grew up in Caroline County, but returned here with her husband Roland in 2005. She became a Realtor in 2000 and went on to get her Broker’s license. Donna and her husband opened HomeLife Access Realty, located in Ashland, in November 2011. Donna believes in home ownership and is proud to have joined the Board of Directors in September 2017.

Duane Fields– Duane is the pastor the Oxford Mount Zion Baptist Church, Ruther Glen, Virginia and was installed on October 22, 2000.
